HAUPTAUFGABEN/KEY TASKS:
• Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assigned account/territory • Executes and supports new and existing potential Customers • Looks for opportunities on integration potential for the company and to coordinate these opportunities with the Inside Sales Account Manager • Builds and maintains influential relationship in purchasing, management, engineering, quality, supply chain and other members of the customer organization • Works proactively with the credit department on custoer account set up, credit lines, invoices issues etc. • Participates in the development of customer action plans. Forecasts effectively and has knowledge of what competition is doing • Understanding of ROWC model to set profit/margin strategy for customer quoting on existing and new opportunities • Ability to facilitate supply chain engagements • End of Life Product Management • Collaborates with field teams, BDM`s and customers to provide accurate, complete, timely quotes for pick/ship business • Responds timely and accurately to quotation requests, processes customer orders and are responsible for customer backlog management • Follow up on all quote opportunities to win business • Works with appropriate suppliers and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems – RMAs, invoicing, chredit, shipping issues, quality issues etc. Escalates issues when appropriate to management • Troubleshoot issues to determine the most effective solution. Uses multiple approaches when appropriate to resolve issues and communicate with team • Responsible to review reports to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the orders and to update management on areas that have liability or potential missed commits to the customers • Reports include Backlog, Profit seeking, slow moving inventory, credits, RMA`s, forecasting sales and margin for customers assigned
ANFORDERUNGEN/COMPETENCIES:
• Experience on supplier management, Administration and quoting process • Experience of working with electronics products or technologies • Strong Sales Skills (inbound & outbound) • Experience and understanding of local electronic market • Native local Language Skills (german, french, italian etc.) in addition excellent English language skills (spoken and wirtten) • Excellent communication and presentations skills: live, e-mail, written • Ability to build strong trustfull relationships • Able to work independently and to also work well in a team • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Structured and analytical working approach • Proactive approach • Outgoing character with excellent interpersonal skills
